Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how CENITPRO Edge (the operations platform used by CENITPRO staff and made available to clients and meeting guests at edge.cenitpro.in, "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, and protects information, including information accessed through a connected Google Account.

This policy covers the Platform specifically. CENITPRO's separate marketing website at cenitpro.in has its own privacy policy covering that site.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Platform, we collect:

  • Account information — name, email address, phone number, and role, for CENITPRO staff and connected clients.
  • Meeting-booking information — when you book a meeting through a CENITPRO team member's public booking page, we collect the name, email, phone number, and notes you provide.
  • Google Account data — described in detail below, only for staff who choose to connect their Google Calendar.
  • Operational data — the tasks, client records, files, and messages staff and clients create while using the Platform, needed to provide the service.

Google Calendar integration

CENITPRO Edge offers an optional feature that lets a staff member connect their Google Account so that:

  • Their real-time calendar availability can be checked before a meeting slot is offered to a client or prospect.
  • A calendar event — with a generated Google Meet video-call link — is automatically created, updated, or removed on their Google Calendar when a meeting is booked, rescheduled, or cancelled through the Platform.

To provide this feature, we request the following Google API scopes:

  • calendar.events — to read free/busy time and to create, update, and delete calendar events on the connected user's primary calendar, solely for meetings scheduled through the Platform.
  • userinfo.email — to confirm and display which Google Account is connected.

How this data is stored and protected

The OAuth tokens issued by Google are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) before being stored, and are never stored or transmitted in plaintext. Calendar event details are not duplicated into our own database beyond what's needed to show the booking on the Platform (the meeting time, title, and a reference to the Google Calendar event) — we do not read, store, or process the contents of any of the user's other, unrelated calendar events.

How to revoke access

A connected user can disconnect their Google Calendar at any time from Meeting Settings inside the Platform, which deletes the stored tokens immediately, or by removing CENITPRO Edge's access directly from their Google Account permissions page.

CENITPRO Edge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising or serve ads based on it.

How we use information

We use the information described above only to:

  • Operate the Platform's features — task management, client delivery tracking, and meeting scheduling.
  • Schedule, confirm, remind about, and manage meetings you book or attend.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Platform.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties except the service providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform (for example, our cloud hosting and file-storage providers), each bound to protect it accordingly.

Data retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the Platform and to meet legal and business record-keeping obligations. Google Calendar tokens are retained only until the connection is disconnected (see above) or the associated staff account is deactivated, whichever comes first.
