Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of CENITPRO Edge (the operations platform used by CENITPRO staff and made available to clients and meeting guests at edge.cenitpro.in, "the Platform"), including its public meeting-booking pages and the optional Google Calendar integration described in our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Who this applies to

• CENITPRO staff — internal accounts used to operate the Platform's task, delivery, and client-management features.
• Clients — accounts CENITPRO provisions for a client company to view their own projects, deliverables, and invoices.
• Meeting guests — anyone who books a meeting through a staff member's public booking page, without needing an account.

The booking & meeting features

A public booking page shows a staff member's real-time availability and lets you schedule a meeting with them. Doing so creates a calendar hold and, where the staff member has connected Google Calendar, a corresponding Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link. Rescheduling or cancelling a meeting through the Platform updates or removes that event accordingly. We are not responsible for a meeting's outcome or for either party's attendance — the Platform only handles scheduling.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform, including the booking pages, for any unlawful purpose or to send unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or calendars you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Platform beyond its intended use.

Accounts

Staff and client accounts are provisioned or approved by CENITPRO. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. A staff member's Google Calendar connection is entirely optional and can be disconnected at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability & changes

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime, a missed calendar sync, or a booking not reflecting a last-minute calendar change.
